is this dress too flowery?  it seems like it to me, but i think it could be right there on the line.  i love the shape thougIsaac Mizrahi Sleeveless Rose Garden Party Dress - Multih and it is at target, so the price is great $40.

Ok, I tried that dress on and I"m going to say a huge NO. It has like lacey-stuff underneath that really makes it puffy and huge. THe dress itself seems to weigh a ton.

In general, it's just not flattering.
