Poor Preston.  His little head is about to fall off, but not a drop was spilled from her drink.

ETA:  I wonder if she is just a nervous wreck now that everyone is waiting for her to screw up with that kid.  I know I can be a klutz but...I don't make it a habit to be under the influence when I'm with my kids (assuming it's an alcoholic drink).  On second thought I bet it's water. I forgot that she is pregnant. I bet all the scrutiny is making her flub even more. What's happening to me??? Am I begining to feel sorry for her??/

I know being pregnant can make you clumsy too. But really if I was falling with my child I'd drop the drink and put two hands on my kid.

You know I thought with the carseat thing too, I wonder how many young moms in the "real world" make that same mistake? I do think the press is going to play up every even kind of dumb thing she does. All parnts make mistakes, things happen. But she should really be extra careful now.

Here's another photo, I guess it was taken soon after the others.

I feel kind of bad for her. My sister slipped and fell and did drop my niece when she was an infant. It was a total accident but after my sister went to the hospital to get my niece checked out (luckily she wasn't injured bad, she just bit her tongue) they had to report it to the police and then a cop had to interview my sister, it was horrible. Accidents happen

I do think Brit should settle down somewhere more reclusive.

I just remembered last summer a woman walking on the sidewalk in front of me fell while carrying her baby. It was really scary to see.

Oh god that photo actually makes me feel terrible for her. As much as I think she's a totally disaster I sure wouldn't want people following me around judging my parenting skills.

Not to mention how it looks like her marriage is failing..... I'm starting to feel sorry for her too.

It's gotta be tough being a parent under the glaring scruitiny of paparazzi. Parents make mistakes and struggle and mess up and wonder if they are doing the right thing and having the world watch while you go through that. . .well it has to be hard.  However my smpaythy towards Brittany is tempered by my sympathy towards her child/children how much harder is it going to be for them growing up under the eyes of the press and with parents as "challenged" as Brit/Kevin.

You don't have babies as outfit/lifestyle accessories you have them because hopefully you are ready to be a good parent.  Unfortunatly I don't think Brit is prepaired or quite as skillful as she needs to be.

The pity is I don't think tripping and fallilng is a bad thing, hell I'm so clumsy I should come with my own hazzard cones, but tripping falling and not dropping your drink. . .a little suspicious.  I mean the basics when you are in the hospital having a baby is SUPPORT THE HEAD.  SUPPORT THE HEAD.  That kids head was bobbling around like a puppets.

She needs to hirer a very expensive medically/scholastically trained/well seasoned/highly recomended nanny to help her figure out where she is going wrong and how she could do better and to ease some of the obvious pressure she must be under.  Talk about nanny 911. Jeesh.

why wasn't someone else holding her drink for her?

ah, she's such a ditz, I rarely listen to the Britney bashing because I actually feel sorry for her, but she has so much money that it just stuns me that she obviously doesn't have enough help.  I mean, from stylists to nannies, why can't she at least buy the appearance of getting herself together?
