First let me say : 'Welcome to the site!"


I love the top you've picked out.  I probably would wear it with a darker rinse of jeans...but if  you're sold on the light colored ones...maybe a different shoe?   I'm thinking of white actually...white pumps or peep toes....


With the detailed neckline you definitely won't need a necklace, but some chunky bracelets would be great.  I think Forever 21 has some resin/plastic ones in the graphic colors (black, white, red. 


Just a thought...if you pair the top with darker jeans, red shoes and earrings would be great.
