I know if you upload photos to www.kodakgallery.com you can have books of pictures published -- I don't know if you can provide captions and intersperse text with it, though.

you can add captions/text and the books are awesome. that is a great idea.

There's some program that you can use from MAC to make books - it's really awesome. I'm blanking ont he name, but you could do a google.
