What a bunch of crap. You're only allowed to return 5 items in a 90 day period. And the sum of any store credit given can't be over $300 in 90 day period.

This is absolutely absurd. I bought a TON of stuff there for work recently with the intention of going home and trying it on with what I had and then returning half of it. Well, there goes that plan...

That's so stupid!! With a restrictive return policy like that, the SA's should warn people when ringing them up.

I know. It's not even on the back of the receipt. I had to go to the web site and search through a bunch of stuff to find the COMPLETE return policy. The general return policy just has some crap about hwo they're "Allowed to deny anyone returns based on excessive return history."

Since when is 5 returns in a 90 day period excessive?

I use to work at Express and when the policy went into effect we had a lot of unhappy people.  But, I use to call customer service for customers all the time because exceptions can be made.  So, I would call customer service before you went to the store and explain the situation and see what they say.

I actually think it deters people from buying stuff...I doubt I'll buy nearly as much as I have in the past for fear I'll be stuck with it.
