In general I don't like them, but I've seen a few that could be cute. I'm kind of suprised that I dont' love them, because I'm a big skirt girl and bored with what I have

I have the Anthro one that a bunch of other girls here have and I love it.  I think the bubble hem is subtle on it though, so it's not super obvious looking (IMO).  I've posted a few pics of it in my TS posts, usually with something pretty simple on top.  Personally, I like them, but I understand that they're a bit odd looking to some and DH totally does not understand the trend, but whatever!

imo, their prevalence will last through summer but probably not fall.  i've seen the look on others and like it but don't think they fit w/ my personal style.  of course if you like them and they fit your style don't worry about whether they are a "do" or a "don't".
