I just received my HH today and was a bit disappointed.  The leather where the stitching is on the flaps isn't flat.  Are yours like that?  I am just wondering bc I am wondering if it is just me or if that is the way it is *supposed* to be cause it is a more slouchy kind of bag.

Oh and if any one cares, I got it in luggage and it has a different lining than the mulberry.  It isn't floral, it is a bunch of small white circles on a camel background; I think with HH in the center of them (sorry, I don't have it with me, I'm at school).  I found that a smidge disappointing.

hmmm...I have my HH Havana with me and it doesn't seem to have any problems with the leather being lumpy or the stitching looking funny.


I know that when I have the bag super-stuffed, the flap doesn't really stay closed unless I hold it, but I hold my bags like I'm frightened of robbers stealing them so I can make the flap stay shut.

Calichic, just curious, where did you order your bag from?  I ordered the Havana in luggage from blondette back in Feb and it's still on backorder.

I have the Havana in white, and I just gave it a very close inspection - it doesn't have any stitching/lumpy issues anywhere.  Sorry yours doesn't look right!   I hate looking forward to something and it doesn't look right.

I just to look at mine, I have the one in mulberry and didn't notice anything as far the stitching or it being defective.


 


I would defintely contact their CS to see what they can do for you.
