you guys i think the 70s are coming back this fall! i went to the gucci trunk show yesterday featuring the fall collection and here's what seems to be big:
short straight dresses w/ sparkly tights
wide leg pant suits
plunging necklines w/ wide belts cinching right below the boobs
colorful graphic prints
will post more later but am already so excited about the sparkly tights--i was never feeling leggings so i'm totally glad to have a different alternative!
p.s. i have the trunk show on dvd (they were handing them out), does anyone know of a way to share it on the internet? would love to get all your opinions!
I dont know how to share it, but i would LOVE to see the dvd!

I have never used the site before so I don't know how to do it, but maybe try You Tube. I think it's like the video version of Photobucket or Shutterfly. Please correct me if I'm wrong...

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
i love the 70's so yay! right now i'm totally into wide jeans, and stuff with a higher waist. i actually picked up a really cute pair of grey ant wide leg jeans this weekend, and have my eye on these really cute see by chloe ones.
i think leggings might be here for another season though. tons of designers showed them under dresses. they were peaking out from knee length dresses, which i personally think is way cuter than the leggings/mini combo. but i'm still not sold on the idea.
For once, everything sounds pretty flattering too. I adore wide legs and wish that I could still fit into my mom's vintage 70s jeans. I might have to get the Grey Ant ones...
(on a side note, please excuse me while I officially regret not buying this dress since it sounds totally on trend...)
