I'm thinking yes it would make anyone look pregnant. It is an adorable top but I think the fitted part is a little too high up. If the empire waist was a little lower it would be better.

I think it has potential to make someone look preggo, but I also think it would look super cute with a brown braided belt at the natural waist.

I tried this shirt on as did my A cub size 0 friend and we both looked preggo in this. Not flattering at all on either of us.

i think it all depends on how you wear it. i think someone with larger boobs would look pregnant in this top. i think if you paired it with the right bottom, it would look great.

I tried this top on a couple of weeks ago and it was super unflattering. I have an average bust size. I love that style of top because they are so comfortable and have several that are shaped similarly, but this one was just unflattering despite the pg thing. If I recall correctly, it had something to do with the actual seams that dart down from the shoulder to the bodice. By the way, there were about 10 left in my nordstrom rack's clearance rack last week. If there is one near you, you could try in person. HTH!

PS - I think they were ~$25 there.
