V. cute, even I thought it was a shirt dress. I'd also do a different belt, but it's very nice, great length. How much is it?

I really like this, too, but I'm only 5'2".  Would it still look ok on me?  I think red peep toe shoes would look really cute with it and maybe replace the belt with a skinny red leather belt.
