First, let me say that I am a huge fan of LM in general and especially love the oil-free foundation and the cover-up; it's amazing at how well it covers.  When I had acne problems noone could tell because the make-up hid it pretty darn flawlessly.  So of course I jumped all over the oil-free tinted moisturizer when I no longer had acne issues.  I figured this would be my new go-to stuff.  I tried it for about two - three weeks before giving up and ditching it for regular 'ol non-tinted moisturizer (Neutrogena).  It seems to be a little dry for my face (and I have super oily skin!), but besides that it had to be applied very carefully otherwise it would flake off my face.  I think my 2% Benzoil Peroxide gel may have something to do with it.  I use BP gel on my face AM and PM and no matter how long I wait to apply the moisturizer I would get flakey white stuff on my fingers and face from applying the moisturizer.  I'm not positive that it was the BP interaction, but it seems like a reasonable guess.  Beyond that though (I mean I could live with it if application was the only problem) it seemed to lay heavy on my face.  It fealt more like foundation than moisturizer.  I like the look of my skin a whole lot more without the LM tinted moisturizer than with. So, I still have what's left of the bottle, but I'm definately not using any more. I would rather use the oil-free foundation any day of the week.  Actually, I was in the habit of mixing a pump of the foundation with my moisturizer for awhile, then stopped, but I think I'm gonna start doing that again instead.  Oh, again-not sure if it's causal, but I did get several tiny little pimples on places that I normally don't when using the tinted moisturizer.  So, something else to think about...

Drew - so you're talking about the LM oil-free tinted moisturizer?  If so, I have heard bad things about it (just like what you described with the flaking).  I use the "regular" LM tinted moisturizer, which I love, no flaking, and it's very light and not drying.  Just to clarify, the LM oil-free tinted moisturizer comes in the dark tube, like this...

Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer

and the LM tinted moisturizer SPF 20 looks like this...

ALMOND
FAWN
NUDE
PORCELAIN
SAND
TAN
WALNUT

Sorry, flknight24, guess I wasn't paying attention.  Yeah, I'm talking oil-free strictly.  Good to know I'm not the only problem with the flaking issues...

Neutrogena SkinClearing Concealer. Best stuff ever, and so cheap

this stuff really is awesome (I've used the reg. colored versions). I have a hard time finding it, though!

If you want tinted moisturizer definetly try out Stila.  I love that stuff and I've never had an issue with it.  I am about to go buy bottle 3 of it.

This is my absolute favorite product ever.  My derm gave me a sample of it after my lips kept breaking out from the irritants in my other lip balms.  It works on dry areas other than the lips too.

I have 2. First is Benefit She-Laq. I use this product almost everyday to set my eyeliner and doesn't budge all day. If they quit making it, I don't know what I'd do because I've never seen anything like it.

My other is Escada Collection, my signature perfume (which isn't made anymore so I've had to stock up enough to last me for life).

1.  Stila convertible color in peony - so pretty and natural - I need the cream blush for the dry air in my office.

2.  Laura Mercier Secret Concealer - the best.  So natural looking and light.  I don't wear foundation very often and this makes my little imperfections just vanish.

Burt's Bees lip balm.  I would cry if they discontinued it.

Same here. The only other lip balm I've found that comes close is Natural Ice.
