Ok, I was watching Martha Stewart this morning (ok, how housewife-ish does that sound ) and she made the cutest like Flowerpot cakes and thought I'd share in case anyone needs a cute dessert for a summer party.  I think I'm going to have to find an excuse to make them (although I'm going to leave off the candy "rocks").

Ok, made these this weekend for the party we hosted for my sister-in-law's graduation party and they are very yummy and not that difficult to make.  My only issue was I filled some of the pots a little full and they overflowed a little, but was pretty easy to fix.  Anyway, they were a big hit.  Here's pics, I used fake flowers:
