What would you do?

I am going shopping next week and I have two skirts that I need something to go with.  The problem is that last year I spent time looking for something to go with these skirts and was never happy with anything I found.  It is making me very frustrated.  They are really nice skirts and I hate not to wear them, but I am wondering if I should just forget about them right now and buy two new outfits instead if I find something I like?  One of the skirts is this one:

and the second skirt is one that I got from gap last year that is chocolate brown silk with a rosy pink band at the bottom.

Okay - I'm super jealous that you have the giraffe skirt.  One of my biggest shopping regrets is that I didn't buy that.  I've never been able to find it in my size it sold out.

The easiest thing to wear it with would probably be a khaki jacket or cream colored top.  However, I also think it looks nice with pale blue and yellow.

Call me a prep, but I think the giraffe skirt would look cute with a white polo, a woven basket-like bag, and some cute brown wedges.

WOW--I like that idea.  I had not thought of that. Should I tuck the polo in or leave it out?

I like this idea too.  I would leave the polo untucked, just make sure it is fitted and not too long (or too short for that matter).

And I could have sworn that we came up with a ton of cute outfit ideas for both of these skirts last summer when you bought them   Did you save those threads?

I am new to this website.  I will go and look through the old posts which is where I found a graphic of this skirt.

I was thinking the same thing.  For some strange reason I was thinking that Meow had simply changed her screen name.  Sorry - Stupid of me!

I like the white top, brown wedges idea by the way!!
