B-regular oatmeal with splenda brown sugar, and 1/2 banana

L-taco salad, with a little chips, lettuce, salsa, spanish rice

S-1/2 brownie

D-Olive garden with the boy...as a congrats dinner for getting into grad school, so I probably won't be too good...maybe soup and salad though

I know it's a day late but I want to keep track, as if I was still doing WW, even though I'm not


Day 1 South Beach


B: 4 pieces canadian bacon (gross! ick! I can't handle meat in the morning and I think I made too much anyway.)


S: string cheese


L: lentil soup and almonds (not together)


S: string cheese


S2: piece of reduced-fat cheese


D: chicken kabobs with onions, bell peppers, and zucchini; spinach salad with real! blue cheese dressing; some almonds
