it definitely is only for smaller babies, imo. lilah is a peanut, though, and i think i will still get another month or so out of it. even if i can only use it for a short time, it's nice because i just put her in there and she sleeps the whole time. it has straps inside, too, to keep the baby secure (which i didn't see on the other slings i looked at). i used it when i went shopping for a few hours and it was still comfortable. the only thing i worry about is forgetting i have her there and bumping into something in front of me!
for walks and things, i have a front carrier and i prefer that, but this is way easier for grocery shopping/etc, when i don't want to take her in her carseat. (and easier to get her into than the front carrier)

A new store called Urban Behavior just opened in the mall near me, so I picked up some really cute stuff.
