I use the rev-er up, because it came with the kit, and I'm all about the free moisturizer. :)

But I won't be buying more once it's gone - I can't tell a bit of difference from using that. I like my regular moisturize better.

I wash my brushes weekly (okay, every 10 days or so), and I just use what I've always used - liquid hand soap and warm water. They seem to be handling it just fine (I got my BE kit in October 2005).

ok another stupid question.So if I already have a moistrizer is it necessary to use the BE stuff before the foundation?

I do use the moisturizer the kit came with. I like it, although I don't see a huge difference on how the makeup stays on. My makeup stays on all day when I don't use it too...so it's not something I am about to go out and buy without the kit.

I was my brushes every other time I use them, and I use warm water and no soap.

As for using the moisturizer in the kit as well as your own...I don't think it's necessary. Use your own because it's the kind for your specific skin type as opposed to the one in the kit which isn't.

I used the rev-er upper and I didn't really care for it, but my skin is kinda nutso so there you go. It smelled funny to me and I didn't see enough of a difference to consider dealing with the smell. My regular Neutrogena mositurizers work better and keep the makeup on for just as long.

I use gentle shampoo to clean my brushes which I should be doing every week but it's more like whenever I get around to it.

I do not use the reverupper that came with the kit...i use my owb aveeno moisturizer
