Last year ON had some really thin s/s cardigans that were great. I'm looking for something similar - just a light weight cardi to wear over tanks - I'm not really comfortable wearing just a tank - I'd like something to cover my upper arms but it needs to be really thin, not at all bulky - it gets HOT here in Texas. Also I don't want a shrug or anything very cropped because it's not very flattering on my body type. I've been staying out of the stores because I am on a semi-ban so I'm complete out of touch what is out there for spring. Anyone seen anything like this? Inexpensive is better, but I'm open for something fabulous!

 I have this one from JCP and I love it.  I have it in the navy pictured.  It goes to the top of the hip just like it is pictured and is form fitting just like it is shown.
