Tell me more about this - is it the caramel package you can get in the fruit section? I've never checked it for points - but I like something on my apple - not just plain. Just curious

B: egg beaters w/ cheese - 3
S: (extended breakfast) bacon - 2 pts
L: can corn - can you believe that is what I was craving?

I have no idea about the rest of the day

I get it at Kroger in the cut up fruit area.  Its prepacaked for me already.  Its like half an apple cut into slices and then a little thing of carmel sauce.  You can find FF carmel dipping sauce at walmart though (I can't find it at Kroger) and then just measure it out.  It would probably be a bit cheaper but like I said I can't find it at my kroger so I just buy these stupid prepacked things for $3 bucks for 5 pouches.

i never post here, but i just wanted you not to feel so bad, i already had my chips and guac (at 10 am).  i was reaching in my fridge for breakfast when my homemade guac started to call my name.  i justified it as an ok breakfast because it's cinco de mayo.  i didn't feel bad about it until the window washer caught me eating it in my pjs.

haha!! That's hilarious! I'd love to be a window washer and see what all the people did in their apartments. I mean, I wouldn't want to be up so high and actually washing windows but peeping would be fun.

I'm officially taking this weekend off since I'm starting South Beach Monday. I'm still going to write down what I eat, South Beach or no, so here goes:

B: pb sandwich

L: bran muffin

D: puffy taco, veggie enchilada, margarita!!!! yippee!
