The website never loads. The browser acts like the address does not exist. It was working just fine this morning, then when I came back from lunch it wouldn't work.
For those of you who definitely have it blocked at work, what happens when you try to access the website?
Please tell me I don't have to start working at work!
ETA: if this helps any, my company is small (21 ppl in office) and the IT/computer guy is live in another state and works with us as a consultant. He probably has better things to be doing than blocking one of the many websites I visit daily, and if it is blocked, he would have been the one to do it.

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
I dont' have it blocked yet but sites that are blocked I usually get a page pop up that says this site has been blocked and multiple attempts to reach it will be reported.
I think my workplace finally blocked ST! The website never loads. The browser acts like the address does not exist. I get the "This page cannot be displayed" page. It totally sucks. After 2 years of me going on FH, then ST, it's now been blocked for a few months. Yuck...
This happened to me once. I couldn't get to ST or Anthro or other random sites. It was some weird problem with the server though and it was fixed after a couple of days. I did a search for my provider and happened to come across a forum where people from different areas were posting their problems and found that other people were having the same problem, so maybe you could ask around at work to see if other people are having problems with certain sites???
I love how we are so optimistic and insist that no one with a heart could possibly keep us from ST!

Chances are if your IT guy blocked it, you'd get some kind of message that contained the "category" that they are using to block ST.
If your IT guy is in another state and you're willing to take a little risk to see sites that he blocked, try going to www.thevirtualbrowser.com or (this one might not work as well) www.covermyass.com . They're (I think this is the right term) anonymous proxy browsers that allow you to surf the web around your office's firewall. I used to use them when I was at my HellJob and they blocked *everything*. At lot of smarter IT people have caught on to these though and blocked them. I work for the govt, our IT is pretty dumb and hasn't caught on yet.
My job definitely blocked it. But it blocks anything that is 'shopping' related, so it wasn't specifically blocked, just lumped in with all the other 'shopping' sites. If a site even has the word 'shop' or 'shopping' in it, it's blocked. How annoying.
