B: coffee, 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (1)


L: leftover shish kabobs (2), melon, vitabrownie (1)


D: cornmeal encrusted catfish (5ish), spinach salad with beans and corn (2-3), oven reds (3)


E: dunno. Maybe a bike ride, but I'm really tired and feeling kinda nausous. I'll do something though. Maybe just some arm weight while I watch TV if I can't manage anything more strenuous.

B: Slept in til noon so I skipped it.
L: Fat free yogurt and a sugar free Jell-O cause I'm too lazy to walk to the dining hall.
D: Not sure, but I'm starving so it will be soon.

Afternoon Girls!!


B: kashi go lean crunch with blackberries (3pts)


L: chicken roll up (6pts), apples with carmel (1pt), and yogurt (2pts)


S: baby pickles (0pts)


D: tuna helper (6 pts) with peas and corn (1 pt) I think.  Maybe a small salad.
