From Shopbop:


It looks very similar and they're both Velvet (although the Shopbop one is cheaper). What do we think?

Since they are both Velvet and appear to be the same I would say yes.  I would doubt Velvet would put out two dresses in the same season that were that similar.

Yeah, now I suppose I feel a bit foolish for asking :) I was just puzzled because they are "full price" on both sites, but Shopbop has it listed for ten dollars cheaper. I just found that strange for some reason.

On a semi-related note, I know some ppl here have this dress. How low is it cut in the front? I have a 34B/C depending on my hormones :) Would a small or medium be a better bet? Thanks in advance!

Yeah, anthro has a history of price inflation.  I always shop around for something if it isn't an anthro house brand.  Unless it's on sale, you can almost always get it cheaper elsewhere.

Don't feel foolish!  If I didn't know Anthro's history of over pricing I would have asked the exact same thing.  I think it is a cute dress.  I think Collette has it so you might PM her if she doesn't see it.
