Let's Make This Dress Sexy/Fun

So I have this dress:



And these are some of the heels I have:





I also have a number of black, gold, and silver closed toe and open toe heels.

So my dilemma is how to make this simple dress into something sexy and fun with some great accessories. My style is pretty classic and feminine, so nothing over the top. I'm just looking for some fun necklaces or bracelets (would like to avoid earrings). Maybe a fun clutch. Every individual piece must be less than fifty dollars. I'm wearing this dress for our graduation dinner and I'm nominated for a few superlatives including best-dressed girl. Help me live up to the title :)

I am a fan of the lacroix shoes, so I'd wear those... I am seeing a wide patent belt like the YSL one (I actually found the perfect black patent leather belt at marshalls for $14.99 last weekend - genuine leather made in italy)
