shoe question...HELP

my baby sister is graduating high school and wants some cute teal heels to wear with her cap and gown.  she is going to be wearing white capri's and is not sure what color top.   she wants something that will go well with her gown, which is teal btw, and will give it a little pazazz.  something with some teal in it or something metalic.  prefferably a sandal or an open toe.  now here is the catch, my mom will not pay more than $50.  i know, i know, but what can you do.  but i trust all you fashionistas to help me out.  TIA!!!!!
