Yup.  Green suede.  I think the shape and the color are the most flattering.  Even though I think red shoes could be pretty with the dress, I think the dress is so stunning in and of itself that red shoes would just compete for attention and the eye would be drawn to the shoe instead of the dress.  (Does that make sense?)  I think the green is very flattering, still an interesting color, but it lets the focus stay on the dress, which IMO is where it should be. 

Definitely take a pic of you in the dress!  I'm still green with envy!!!
