I know its kind of late but I have to tell someone what I've eaten today.  I hopped on the scale this morning and was up 3 pounds so I'm counting points and giving myself till June 1 to do it on my own otherwise I think I'll be signing up for WW meetings.


B:kashi go lean crunch with blackberries (3pts)


L: chili's guiltless grilled chicken sandwich (9pts)


S: yogurt with strawberries (3pts)


D: black bean burger with some frozen veggies (5 pts)


E: cardio 35 mins high intensity


S after E: unsure.  probably banana sandwich again with pb. (5pts)

I have done TERRIBLE this week & I haven't been near my computer so it wasn't just that I was hiding what i ate.

Example of today:
*little bag of Chili Cheese Fritos from vending machine (another reason it's a good thing I usually work from home)
*Huge taco salad
*cheddar jalapeno pretzel roll from Whole Foods..



I promise I'll do better tomorrow.

I had my first dress fitting today - went really well, and if it wasn't for my ginormous rib cage she wouldn't have to alter it at all.  The waist fits though !


B:  Oatmeal w/flaxseed, coffee, banana


S:  Sunflower seeds and raisins


L:  12 pieces veggie sushi roll


S:  Yogurt, apple


D:  Tofu satay w/stirfry veggies and brown rice


E:  No official exercise today, but did run alot of errands!

It's late but I'll add.


b: pb sandwich (4 points)


L: Amy's burrito (5 points); can of green beans (0 points)


S1: cookie (2 points)


S2: 100 calorie pack (2 points)


D: 2 quorn hotdogs w/ sugar free buns (5 points); 3 servings of baked ff (6 points); ice cream (3 points)


E: none. I was too tired and I used it as my extra day off that the WW leader told me to take. And I dipped into flex points, again like she said to do. And so far, so good, I'm down all the weight I gained last week, inexplicably. (Inexplicably gained, not lost.)
