I bought this shirt a few weeks ago and I’m having trouble with outfit ideas.  All I’ve come up with is brown pants.  I’d like to wear it to work so I’d need a cardigan or jacket to wear over top.  Any suggestions?

I can't really tell what the material is like (is it lace?) but I did see a girl wearing a super cute outfit with a top like that.  She had on distressed (but not totally holey or ripped) jeans, this top, and an embroidered, fitted, zip up hoodie worn unzipped.  It looked really cute and unexpected.
