I know this has been asked a million times and I know that the Charlotte beach pants run small, but my question is how small? I am a size 2, but I've got hips and a booty, so should I go with a small or a medium? I definately don't want them to be snug. Thanks in advance!
You can try on mine if you want and maybe that will help you decide. I bought a large and they are entirely too tight on me. I got them on ebay for pretty cheap this winter. So by trying them on if you need a little smaller go with a medium or a lot smaller go with a small. Just an idea.

I will bring them to lunch on Wednesday. You might call and remind me Tuesday night. =)

For what it's worth FP you and I have similar bodies and I too am bootylicious. I wear a Small and it's fine. Any bigger and I wouldn't have liked them. Yes, they are stretched as can be over my rear, but it's a good fit.

Thanks for weighing in Drew, I was wondering if you had them cause I know we usually wear the same size in pants. Although I think you are a little trimmer thru the tummy (that might have something to do with the fact that I have been a bad girl and haven't been working out for oh, the last 6 months, bad FP!). Are the pants so sung that you have to wear a thong to avoid VPL? I really want these to be comfy pants, but pants that I can also wear out. Since I don't work anymore I hate wearing trousers/capris (especially if they need ironed) when I'm just mainly hanging around the house or running errands.
from what i can tell i think the small size would fit you perfectly. oh and if you're worried about VPL but don't want to wear a thong try OnGossamer mesh bikinis in the nude color--they're totally invisible--i promise! hth!
I also think you'll be ok with a small. The ones I have from last summer are a small and they were perfect (before I got pregnant I wore a 26/27). Right now I have two pairs that are a M and they fit well (most of my weight gain has been in the thigh area) so I think they'd definitely be too big for you.
