Opinions on these Target dresses?

Target has a similar dress to the first (black) one you posted, only it's not a halter and IMO, it's much cuter. Unfortunately, they don't have it on the web site. It's also only $17.99.

I had the second one (in the rust color) and I liked it. The only reason I had to return it is because I was broke and was trying to save up for a pair of shoes.

These are from Target. You can untie it from around the neck and a bow in the front to get the tube top look.

I have that first dress. I bought it in early March to take on vacation. I really love it. I didn't wear it as a halter, I like the way it looks strapless with the ties forming a bow. Too cute! I wore it to a casual dinner out with platform heels one night, and over my bikini and flip flops another day. It's very forgiving and flattering too, and perfect for hot weather.
You really can't go wrong for the price.

Thanks girls! Yes these are from Target and all 3 are for $17.99. I am leaning towards the first one more.

I just hope it is still in stores!!
