So my mom has little dark spots on her nose sort of like age spots and wants something for mothers day to get rid of them. Can anyone recommend anything that will get rid of sun spots/age spots?

If you are wanting a spa treatment, I think microderm will get rid of them.  If that is the route you want to take I would call a spa and talk to an esthetician for a better idea.  As far as a product, I'm not sure.  Maybe Sephora has something??
