I found out much these are...you will just die! I like shoes that are a few hundred bucks, although I don't buy them often...unless I like them. I usually spend $50-$150 on a pair. However, the lady @ that store emailed me & unless she made a typo they are $4470 US.


She must have meant less than that for certain, because you can a pair of Manolo's new for less than $1K. Wonder why the distrubution of wealth in this country is messed up? Hmm..I don't personally think there is a shoe in this world that should cost that much! Talk about a markup...wow!

How difficult would it be to go to a shoe person and have the stitching put on I wonder? Is that possible? Could a really person do that? Maybe someone who works with leather? I don't know...you have taste like I do...but I also can see how some of my tastes can be utterly unreasonable.

holy cow, there must be a typo! $4470 for mary janes? I think she missed a decimal point somewhere...

I know. I thought how odd. Manolo's are cheaper!! I emailed her back to see if that was a mistake...maybe $470. If they are $4470...I want to know why!

She did do a typo...I wondered. And she felt awful, too, but they are $490...if you want them..I'll can forward their email. :)
