I want it too! It's so cute and it's totally affordable.
eta: I just found a pic of the same dress but in a different color on the Tulle website, just in case anyone wanted to see it on an actual person. The pic quality's poor and the dress looks like it fits the model weird...

*UPDATE*


I received this last night- disappointing. The material is paper thin and totally see-thru. Not sure how one could wear this without a slip underneath, and I don't think I could ever wear a slip w/anything. It runs small but fits great everywhere except the bust, where it totally pulls apart at the buttons. I felt like a diner waitress in it. So sad. Definitely going back.
