How's everybody doing?  It's beautiful here in the DC Metro area!


B:  egg whites and turkey bacon and then a low fat sandwich from Starbucks.+


S:  12 almonds


L:  chicken andbrown rice


S:  Protein Shake


D:  Grilled salmon and sweet potato


E:  45 minutes of spinning and 10 minutes of sprints on treadmill

ugh, we ended up playing tennis for almost 2 hours last night and I'm sore!!!


B: coffee, more coffee (I tried doing decaf. Yeah, didn't work)


L: FF burrito (3), rice krispie treat (2), apple (1)


D: no clue. but it will end with strawberry shortcake!


E: I'll probably do arms and abs today.

Well, I was up at the scale today. The WW leader said it's probably because I'm not eating enough, not eating all my activity points, my flex points, etc. So fine. I'm going to try eating more this week. It's a challenge. And so far, I'm doing excellently.


B: pb sandwich (4 points)


L: fruit salad from McDonalds without the yogurt and w/o the walnuts (3 points); pb sandwich (4 points)


S: cookie (2 points)


S2: cinnamon roll here at work (5 points)


D: not sure yet I'm thinking homemade nachos with lots of lettuce and tomatoes


E: none today - it's my off day.


Oh and the leader said to cut back on exercise. Ha! I'm not going to follow that rec but I will try to eat more. Yea! More bad stuff! And salads of course. Lots of salads.

B:  Kashi Go Lean Crunch, OJ


S:  Black tea, peanut butter filled pretzels (small handfull)


L:  Turkey wrap w/ pepper jack cheese on a low fat tortilla


S:  Pineapple chunks


D:  Grilled chicken over a bed of salad greens, blue cheese, red bell pepper, red onion, glass of red wine


E:  More arm work because I am still having a hard time walking due to walking down 11 flights of stairs.

Evil forces are plotting against my exercise!  Last week my knee was giving me serious trouble, then earlier this week my toe started killing me (though I think it will be better tomorrow), but now all of the sudden my throat is really swollen and it hurts.  Bah!  So much for losing weight for my dress fitting .


B:  Breakfast burrito w/soy sausage and egg whites


S:  2 cups of strawberries, yogurt


L:  2 soy corndogs, banana


S:  Tea, apple


D:  WW penne w/chunky vegetable sauce, asparagus, broccoli
