ok - 3rd meeting on Monday... I need help.  I need to find a dress (sheath or empire waist) to go under this or a high-waisted skirt... It's going to have to be a B&M store - most are available to me... TIA!!!

if all else fails, talbots has a sheath selection, but i looked over them and none of them seemed "it". 


here's some. 


 (it's satin though and i think a color would be better).


 (i love this color, i think this would be perfect except for the "pearl necklace around the neck)

I was just gonna post that one! Ann Tayor usually has a great selection of sheath dresses in the store and they have a pretty nice fit (not too "old lady" )
