My FH has recently built a 'grown-up' wardrobe of his own, or at least we're working on it! A vast majority of his clothes are Old Navy, Gap, Kohls, and Target. He wears lots of polos with khakis and jeans. If left to his own devices my FH buys his shirts much too big, contributing to the doofy-factor because then it looks like he's playing dress up!
Shoes are also a factor - the right ones can really elevate a guy's look, and it's basically the only accessory they have! Casual, but still pulled together. I got my FH these and they look really nice on:

oh, I really like those first ones that you bought! where are they from? I've tried two browsers for pictures on here, but my computer just won't let me see where any pictures are from
