I'll start today!


B:  Egg whites, turkey bacon, oatmeal


S:  tomato and cheese


L:  Broiled scallops with butter buds and garlic salt, asparagus


S:  Almonds and yogurt


D:  Grilled Salmon with mixed veggies


E:  1 hour personal trainer, 2 mile run

B:  Two small pieces of banana bread w/ Nutella (), half a grapefruit, oj


S:  Pomegranate tea, a few peanut butter filled pretzels


L:  Turkey pita w/ pepper jack cheese and salad greens


S:  Yogurt, dried apricots


D:  Chicken of some sort


E:  Nothing involving my legs.  I walked down 11 flights of stairs yesterday and now my calves are so sore, I can barely move today.    I guess I don't use those muscles much!  I'll do arms and situps today.

yum, escrime- I've been cravng asparagus!


B: coffee


L: ff refreied beans (.5) and ff cheddar (.5) on a ff tortilla (1), goldfish crackers (2)


S: banana (2)


D: not sure. does anyone have a good recipe with yellow squash? I have 2 that I need to use up.


E: 1 hour of tennis. (I've been doing pretty good on the E front- I've had at least some form of extra activity every day since Friday! )

S: I found some strawberries & apples that I forgot i bought over the weekend so I'll be having fruit snacks today
D: no idea - DH is eating out so just not sure yet
