Hmmm. I feel pretty much the way you do - not 100% sold, but not against. Something about the elastic at the waist seems "off" -- not bad, but just not fantastic.

I like the top in theory, but I think you can do much better. I feel like this is a perfect example of Newport-News. Things look cute online, but not as great in person. I think you can find a much better top that is similar and will fit your style much better!

Hmmm, I definitely like it in theory. But it looks like you'd need to size down to get the shoulders to fit correctly, but size up for length so the elastic would hit correctly.

I agree with the other girls that you could do much better.

I think it looks very cute, but if the material isn't nice, you probably won't really enjoy wearing it, especially as it gets hot and humid in the summer. Too bad, because it's adorable.

I'm with Elle...I think the shirt needs to be longer in the torso (you have a long torso IIRC) but it needs to be less roomy in the chest.

I'd like to see that elastic band cinched with a scarf or belt though...it could look really cute.

I think it looks very pretty in the picture, but also too big on top. And if it doesn't fit, then you probably will never feel comfortable in it, which in my book makes it not worth it. Also, if it's stiff, I know how you feel about clothing feeling good against your skin!

i loved that top when i saw it online, but im not sure about the fit on you. like the others, im not 100% against it, but there is something weird going on with the shoulders and it maybe should be a little longer.
