I am watching a DVF dress on ebay. It is from Hong Kong so it probably isn't authentic, but it says this in the sizing info: SZ6 FIT FOR:Bust:35"waist;28"hips;38" Would that be the exact measurements or the measurements the dress will fit? __________________

I'm thinking they mean the measurements of the dress, unless the specify otherwise... __________________
