In need of a cute dress!

I need a cute dress to wear to an all-day outdoor event.  It needs to be dressy, but not too dressy.  Think Kentucky Derby attire!


Does anybody have any good suggestions?  It needs to be a-line or with a fuller skirt.  I'm about 5'7'' and I'm smaller on top with wider hips.  I usually wear a size 6.  I would love for it to be a fun color like pink, yellow, red, or maybe an aqua shade.  I would preferably like to spend around $100 to $130ish. 


Please help give me some ideas!

Target has the Luella dress with strapless sweetheart neckline in pink that's really cute. I was at my local one and saw them on clearance for $27 bucks. I know it's under your budget, but if you like it you can spurge on the shoes or other accessories.
