buring cds on itunes

i was trying to make a mix for a friend and used the "burn playlist to cd" option. anyway when he got the cd none of the track information showed up. he also burned a cd for me and when i put it in it just said track 1, track 2, etc. instead of showing the track names  & the cd title. in the past when i've gotten burned cds from itunes everything automatically pops up. am i doing something wrong?

I *think* when you put in a mix, it doesn't register the different songs, so you have to edit titles yourself.  When it's all one cd by the same artist, then it does it for you.
