I recently had to return something to activeendeavors.  Well, about a week and a half passed so I checked the ups tracking number and the ups website said the package had arrived at activeendeavors.  I called activeendeavors and asked them if they had credited my account and they said that my box had not been processed yet, but the customer service representative told me that he would check on it and move it up the list and credit me that day.  Sure enough, that night, I got an email saying that my account had been credited.  I thought that was so nice.  Most places just tell you that it takes up to three weeks for them to credit your account.  I was very impressed that they went the extra mile.
