do you think this one woul dwork with the belt? Since the straps ar wider i could get away with it at work- I'd probably straighten the hem though...

I don't think I'd wear it without anything over it to work.  How about putting a s/s black blazer or cardi and then putting a white belt over that at the natural waist.  Oh, and I think straightening the hem would be a good idea.
