I need something that has a good variety and is apporpriate for work. I'll listen to anything, but if it has mainstream + indie rock and/or dance that would be really awesome.

Thanks!

Can you use iTunes radio stations? That's how I listen to the radio at work. They probably all have stations independent of iTunes anyway though.

My fave is under "Modern and Alternative Rock" in iTunes. It's 3WK Underground Radio. They tend to play the same stuff over and over if you listen to them all week, so I would alternate.

My second favorite, if you like movie/TV scores, is under "Eclectic" in iTunes. It's Streaming Soundtracks. It's mostly instrumental.

I love this radio station...

They play all kinds of stuff. And it's public so there are no commercials. You can get it on iTunes too.

I like music.yahoo.com because by rating songs, artists, and genres, you can create a station that only plays what you want it to play.

I second the iTunes suggestion! They seriously have tons of different genres of music, so you'd never get bored

Another site that I enjoy is somafm.com.  They have a few different stations, depending on your tastes, but I usually listen to the "indie pop rocks" one.  No commercials, either!
