I'll start this one early!


B: pb sandwich (4 points)


L: SB wrap (5 points); apple (1 point)


S: SB cookies (2 points)


D: ww pasta and tomato sauce with loads of veggies; possibly cauliflower mashed potatoes if that goes well - I know they don't go but I don't care.


E: spin class - this will be my 4th day in a row of serious working out, not just going for a half hour walk or something (and yes, I consider spin classes serious working out ). i'm hoping to make it 5 days in a row tomorrow with another 4-5 mile walk. yea!

i need to post here since i messed up SO bad yesterday (donuts)


B: coffee, wheat bread w/cream cheese (1pt)


L: LC frozen  (5pts)


D: high fiber cereal (4 or 5 pts)


S: Kashi bar (3pts) fruit (1pt)


E: doing cardio machine for at least 45 minutes and work on my abs

I gained 5 lbs since I have moved back to DC. I am determined NOT to gain anymore, but I am PMSing this week, so it is HARD.



B: Oatmeal, eggbeaters and 1 oz chickn
L: Sweet potato
Snack: homemade granola
Dinner: salad with 3 oz grilled chicken and light salad dressing

E: 20 minute iclimb, 20 minute itread, and 2 mile outside run

S:  Black tea, a few dried apricots


L:  Salad w/ strawberries, pineapple, toasted walnuts, gorgonzola, sweet potato biscuit, diet Coke


S:  Yogurt


D:  Skirt steak sliced thin on a salad w/ raw fennel, carrot, red onion, toasted pinenuts, goat cheese, red bell pepper, glass of red wine, 1 chocolate cookie


E:  None.  I need to change that habit REALLY quickly.
