I've never used any but a friend and I went on a smelling spree when they first came out and ick! They smelled like ass. So we immediately avoided them. I *think* we saw them in Sephora but I'm not certain if they're still there. Maybe someone else will know more?

is this the same as the Jonathan line that they sell in sephora? if so, i tried a sample of the jonathan moisturizing shampoo and really liked it! i really am not into him or the type of hair he does, but the shampoo is great! it cleans well but it completely non-stripping.

i sampled the conditioner but didn't think it was that great.

i don't think it's that bad.. or at least the shampoo isn't. but i just wanted to say before.. that there is nothing that i find luring about this product line. don't really care for the face behind the brand (i actually find him really annoying!!), the design of the products... or really the smell (didn't find "ass"-like odor but nothing like oooh yum!).

but the sample really changed my mind! the shampoo was exactly what i was looking for. definitely sample at sephora first though! the shampoo was a hit but conditioner was a hugeeeeeeeee miss!

I bought Dirt, but I'm not really sure why. I guess I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I'm not a hair product junkie, I actually try to use as little as I can, so I haven't really tried this enough to really see what it does. I'm too afraid it will end up making my hair look greasy, like other products do. I didn't think this product smelled bad, to me it kind of smells like sweet almond oil.

you can find jonathan products at:
QVC

Sephora

select Bath & Body Works

C.O. Bigeolow

i wasn't too impressed.  I didn't even try the shampoos and conditioners just based off of their ingrediants on the label.  I did try dirt b/c even in the professional industry a lot of people have been raving about it.  it has a patchouli type smell to it and it doesn't seem to go away after a bit- which is annoying.

I bought Dirt as well. Only because I really like how my hair looks on day two after washing. I thought it smelled great---it works on my hair but i don't know if i would buy it again. I think i needed to spend about $20 on sephora to get free shipping and picked this.
