So I ended up having to give the buyer a refund since she "did not receive the shoes". I tried to get my ebay fees back, by claiming that we agreed not to complete the transaction. But then she responded to ebay by saying no! So now I am out the original $150  she paid, plus $25 in shipping, plus ebay final value fees!! Stupid b**ch.

I really can't believe how unfair Paypal/Ebay is to the seller. I mean, eBay makes all of their money off of sellers! You'd think they'd be on their side!

You have to have good customer service, but with the policies Ebay and Paypal have I think they encourage scamming by buyers.  I doubt I will sell on Ebay again, but have no problem being a buyer; seems that's the only safe way to play.

I had the exact same thing happen to me on Amazon. I sold a book to some guy for $100 and then he claimed he never received it. I had to refund the money and I was PISSED. It seems like anyone can just say they never received the item and that's that.

I feel your pain.
