Are we all slacking on this thread again? I'll start.


B: pb sandwich (4 points)


L: pb sandwich (4 points); apple (1 point)


S: SB cookies (2 points)


S2: 100 calorie crackers (2 points)


D: vermicelli noodles & tofu & veggies; 2 spring rolls; some starburst & tootsie rolls leftover easter candy


E: 1.5 hour walk around the lake (about 5.5 miles)

Ok, I'm in
Brunch: ham sandwich 4 pt & pickles 0
Lunch / snack at walmart - some popcorn chicken from the deli - no idea how many pts
S: carrots
D: - no idea - probably tuna on melba because I'm making my DH fried crawfish grit cakes & I obviously can't have those....

Uggggghhhhhhhhh.  I was terribly nauseas until noon today (new BC pills ), and had to either eat continuously or throw up.  Guess which one I chose?


B:  Kashi cereal, strawberries, 2 pieces toast w/PB


S:  Frozen grapes, cottage cheese


L:  Turkey wrap (tortilla, spinach, tomato, FF ranch), apple


S:  Yogurt


D:  Vegetarian fajitas, FF refried beans


E:  30 min walk, but no gym this morning

B:  Kashi Go Lean Crunch, OJ


S:  Black tea, 100 calorie pack of pretzels, 2 dried apricots


L:  Turkey and pesto wrap (yum!)


S:  Yogurt, 2 dried apricots, 1 pack of Captains Wafers (oops!)


D:  Chicken parm (air fried) and a salad w/ grapes, goat cheese and toasted walnuts w/ balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing, glass of red wine (only one glass)


E:  None.  I'm exhausted!
