I think it would be too large. I wear an S/M in Vince and generally wear a 4-6. You could get away with an S but I think you'd drown in the cardi in an M.

The cashmere is pretty nice though, so it'd definitely worth $130 if you think you'd wear it a lot.

The M will be huge on you. I'm generally a 6/8 and I have this in a M and it's a perfect fit. It is definately worth $130 if you can find it in your size it's my go-to cardigan.

My friend has that, and she is an XS. She got that size and it fits her perfectly. The M would be huge on you. Even though it is drapey in the front, the arms are supposed to be fitted, so it would look weird if they weren't. FYI she bought it on sale recently at Saks for around the same price, you could try calling a couple saks stores.
