Does anyone else hate breaking in there new summer sandals and open toed heels? Is it just me, or do you always get blisters the first couple times you were them somewhere on your foot?
Sigh...no it's not just you, it happens to me with every pair of new summer shoes. It's hard for me to buy sandals, because I can't help but judge their pain factor before I even try them on.
The only solution I have are these bandaids for blisters. They don't "rub off" like normal bandaids and you leave them on for a few days at a time.
Ditto on the Band Aid blister blockers. Those are a million times better than a regular adhesive bandage, provide much more protection, and stay on so much longer too. In fact, I'm wearing one right now.
I hate this too! My pedicure lady says it's because the skin of our feet is so soft from being encased in shoes, boots, socks, etc all winter so the skin is especially tender...and as a fellow Chicago girl, it's been months since my feet have seen the light of day!!
I start breaking my feet- or shoes- in by wearing my most comfortable- and least skin rubbing sandals- like flip flops- first and then going from there...
