You don't need a machine. You can achieve the same effect with a hammer, a bench block (steel block) and the assorted stamps. I believe companies like Microstamp or Infinity Stamps, or the like, could supply what you need regarding the stamps.

For the hammer and steel block, you can probably find those at a jewelry supply place. If you don't have one locally, Rio Grande carries tons of jewelry supplies.
