I remember a few of you were planning on doing this a couple of months ago - did anyone try it and how did it work out for them?

I did it for about 2 days and then went away on business and never did it again. I would like to try again now that the weather is nicer though.

I just went back to running. Bikini season is right around the corner! So, I am running with a buddy 4 - 5 times a week and as I mentioned in another board on here - I signed up for the coolest creative personal training at home system. It's called PUSH and it is a personalized training program just like if you has someone come to your house, but they send you your work outs on DVD monthly. See my other post on it: another board So, between the two, I should whip myself in shape by June... I'd love to get some buddies on here for support...let me know if any of you are interested...

I was doing it for awhile but I kept getting sidetracked by spin classes, weights, etc., so I never really got past week 4. I'm going to start doing Jen's HIIT rec when I start hitting the outdoors for running again. Right now I've been doing a lot of walking (5 miles per walk), spin classes, and weightlifting. I'm just not feeling the running as much as I was though. I feel like I can't do it very long and don't get as much out of it as I do the 5 mile walk, the interval training, and the weightlifting.

But obviously, if you've seen my other post, what do I know?

I know I've replied to the other threads on this but I'm just a huge fan of couch to 5k.  Jan 05 I started it and ran my first 5k in March of that year...I've been running ever since and it helped me lose 10 lbs and tone up like crazy...my legs look 500 times better!  I never thought I'd be able to run until I followed that plan.  Now I run on the treadmill almost every day.  I mix walking and running depending on how I feel.
